We make and ship from Australia. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Australia: 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
  • International: approximately 5 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Standard shipping within Australia is free on orders over $150 AUD. You choose your region at checkout, which sets the rate and the countries we can ship to. Current rates:

  • Australia standard: $12.95 (free over $150)
  • Australia express: $16.95
  • New Zealand: $24.95
  • USA & Canada: $34.95
  • UK & Europe: $39.95
  • Rest of world: $49.95

International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country; these are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & refunds

Because our oils are a personal-care product, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges; all sales are final.

This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, email us at hello@ankhoils.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order details and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
